Corporate citizenship
Our investment in communities across the country takes shape in a variety of forms. Alongside financial support, Synchrony employees volunteer thousands of community-service hours every year —everything from building homes and beautification projects to mentoring students. Through these initiatives, we remain committed to uplifting the communities in which we live and work.
Through our focus on Education as an Equalizer, we will expand access to higher education, skills training in high-growth fields, and financial literacy for our communities and the Synchrony workforce. Over a five-year period, we will invest more than $50 million in the program.
